Read this before you contact a broker
- A listing is not an endorsement. We list a firm because it applied and we checked the details it gave us, not because we recommend it.
- We give no financial advice and take no referral fee. No broker or lender pays us to be listed, to be placed, or for a client. The list is in alphabetical order.
- Each firm is solely responsible for its own services and for holding the licences and registrations they need.
- Check its registration yourself. Where a firm gave us its regulator and a registration reference, we print them. Confirm them with that authority before you engage the firm.
- No report of ours names a broker, and we do not tell a broker that you looked at the list.

For mortgage brokers
If your firm is authorised to offer mortgage broking in the UAE, you can apply to be listed.
- Listing is free. Nobody pays for a place, and the order is alphabetical.
- We take no referral fee and no commission, and we send you no clients: readers find you and contact you themselves.
- We check your trade licence and the registration you give before anything is published, and we remove a listing on request.
