Read this before you contact a broker

A listing is not an endorsement. We list a firm because it applied and we checked the details it gave us, not because we recommend it.
We give no financial advice and take no referral fee. No broker or lender pays us to be listed, to be placed, or for a client. The list is in alphabetical order.
Each firm is solely responsible for its own services and for holding the licences and registrations they need.
Check its registration yourself. Where a firm gave us its regulator and a registration reference, we print them. Confirm them with that authority before you engage the firm.
No report of ours names a broker, and we do not tell a broker that you looked at the list.

We check the trade licence and the registration you give.
We publish the listing, or write to say why we cannot.
